Customize your ticket delivery email

After purchasing tickets attendees will receive a ticket delivery email with a link to download their PDF ticket. The email can be customized to include important event details like dress codes, directions, refund policy and contact info.

To edit the ticket delivery email start by editing your event.

  1. Go to My Events > Manage Events and click on the event name to edit.

  2. Click on the Tickets tab.

  3. Click on the Customize Tab at the top.

  4. Scroll down and enter your message into the Email Message field.

    When attendees receive an order confirmation email for your event, the message you added will appear above the order summary as shown below:
