Stop ticket sales or trigger a message using low inventory

The low inventory feature lets you trigger a message or stop ticket sales based on a pre-set number.

For example you may want to let ticket buyers know when there are only a few tickets left so they can hurry up and buy tickets before they sell out. Follow the steps below to add a low inventory message:

Step 1: Go to your event edit page

Go to  My Events > Manage Events [1] and click on the event name to edit [2].

Step 2: Go to your ticket edit page

Click on  Tickets [1] and select Advanced [2] next to the ticket type you want to customize.

Step 3: Add a low inventory message

1. Set the low inventory number. In this example we want to display a message when all but 10 tickets have been sold [1].

2. Create a message that displays when the low inventory number is reached [2].

3. Choose whether you want to:

  • Stop sales and display the message OR
  • Display message only

4. Click Done > Save Event to save.
