Integrate with Stripe Payments

Connect your Big Tickets account to Stripe to process payments for your events with your merchant account. To sign up for a Stripe account, click here. If you already have a Stripe account, you can connect it to your Big Tickets account using the steps below.

Note:  Please read the article fully understand the change you are making, including the associated fees.  When integrating with Stripe, you'll be charged a processing fee by Stripe instead of the Big Tickets processing fee, and the Stripe fee IS NOT passed on as a Big Tickets fee through our system. If you'd like to pass the fees charged to you by Stripe on to your buyers, you can do so by creating an additional fee under the advanced settings for each ticket type called a  partner fee. Please note that if you are absorbing the Big Tickets Service Fee into your price, or your additional fee also includes other fees, this will need to be taken into account when passing on your Stripe fees through Big Tickets. 1. Login to your account and navigate to your profile at the top right. From the dropdown select Setup Processors. 

2. Select Add Processor


3. Select Stripe from the dropdown selection of available processors. Once you do so, select the "Connect with Stripe" button where you'll receive a pop-up to log in to Stripe's website, fill in the form, and select authorize access button located at the bottom of the page. 

4. Once you are done integrating Stripe with your Big Tickets account, you can set it as your default payment processor for the account. 

 Note: You can switch your payment processing preference at any time however, this will not affect any payment already processed.
