How to get notified by text or email when tickets are sold
Ticket alerts are a great tool for receiving regular updates on ticket sales. Follow these steps to add an email or text message alert.
Step 1: Go to Alerts Setup
Click on your name in the top right corner of the Big Tickets dashboard to access user settings. Select Alerts Setup from the dropdown menu.

Don't see Alerts Setup? Only account administrators can access this feature.
Step 2: Add alert
Select Alert Type (SMS text/email) and choose which accounts you want to receive alerts for. Enter your email address or phone number and choose the alert frequency (daily or weekly). Click Add Alert to save.
