Update and Confirm Payment Information
In June 2022, Big Tickets updated our Bank Connection system to increase account security and expediency of funds delivery. This update will require all users to add the following information to each bank connection in the account:
- Company Name
- Company Address
This information must be added promptly to ensure on-time delivery of funds after an event. If you have not yet updated your info, you'll see the below message under insights on your Dashboard:
Only account administrators can update Bank information. While logged in as an Admin, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and go to Manage Payments.
Select Bank Setup to review the Bank connections for your account.
If more information is needed, the Bank Account will say "Action Required" next to it.
Select Action Required to update the account. The below window will appear.
Fill out the required information and hit update.
Repeat this process for each bank connection in your Big Tickets Account.
