Add Branding to your Tickets with Custom Ticket Images

Add Logos, sponsors, information, maps, and more to your tickets using the Custom Ticket Image under advanced settings! 

Custom Ticket Images

Custom Ticket Images must be sized 790 x 190 and show in the middle of the tickets. In the below ticket, the Custom ticket Image shows "Get the App!"

Uploading a Custom Ticket Image

1. Go to Advanced Ticket Settings

To add a Custom Ticket Image to your ticket types, go to the advanced settings in the "Tickets" tab of event management (My Events > Manage Events > More > Edit > Tickets).

2. Upload the image

Scroll towards the bottom of Advanced settings to find the "Custom Ticket Image" setting. Click "+Add Custom Image" and select the Custom Ticket Image from your computer. Please note, Custom Ticket Images MUST be sized 790 x 190 or they will be rejected.

3. Apply to each applicable ticket type

Custom Ticket Images are a ticket type level setting, so the middle will need to be applied to each ticket type. This way, you can set up a different ticket middle for varying ticket types, or upload the same into each.

4. Sell Tickets!

That's it! Once the image is uploaded, all tickets sold will show your Custom Ticket Images.
