Include Attachments to your Event Tickets

Add Know Before You Go Info, Maps, and other information to your PDF Tickets by including a Ticket Attachment. Attachments are an additional page added to each ticket order. 

1. Upload the Attachment

Go to event setup to add your Ticket Attachment (My Events > Manage Events and select Edit from the drop down menu below Action).

Head to the second step, Tickets, and scroll toward the bottom of the page. 

Click Add Ticket Attachment and select the image you want. Files must be a .png or .jpeg and sized 790 x 1090. Please note improperly sized images will be rejected.

If you'd like, you can also include a link to which purchasers will be sent if they click on the attachment.

2. Sell Tickets

That's it! All ticket orders will now include the uploaded attachment as the last page of their tickets.
