We’ve added a powerful new Dashboard Search feature to help you navigate your Big Tickets dashboard faster and more efficiently. Whether you're looking for a specific report, event setup page, or support resources, the new search makes it easier than ever.
✨ What You Can Search
From anywhere in your dashboard, click into the search bar and start typing. You’ll instantly see relevant links, including:
- Reports: Marketing Reports, Event Statements, Affiliate Tracking, FANalytics, and more
- Event Settings: Quickly access areas like Ticket Settings, Promotions, and Manage Event options
- Support Docs: Direct access to articles from our HelpScout Knowledge Base
- Navigation History: Recently visited pages appear at the top so you can jump back in with one click
🧠How It Works
As you type, the system intelligently recommends pages based on your keywords. This includes both:
- Exact Matches (e.g. "FANalytics")
- Related Features (e.g. typing “referrals” will pull up Affiliate Tracking)
You can use your arrow keys to navigate results and press Enter/Return to open a page or report instantly.
