Welcome to Big Tickets! Whether you're launching your first event or transitioning from another platform, this guide gives you a quick tour of your dashboard, key tools, and where to find everything you need.
π Your Dashboard: High-Level Overview
When you log in, you'll land on your Dashboard. This is your event command center:
- Top Tiles show your ticket sales, revenue, visits, and purchases.
- Graphing Tools let you compare sales over time.
- Insights Sidebar includes announcements, device trends, and attendee behavior (like new vs. returning buyers).
This area is ideal for monitoring real-time performance across all your events.
π Charts & Reports
All your event reporting lives here. View:
- Transaction reports (who bought tickets and how much)
- Marketing reports (cart/page abandonment, onsale reminders)
- Waitlist reports (see who's waiting and who converted)
- Shared reports (send data access to partners without full admin rights)
π My Events: Creating & Managing Events
This is where you create and manage your event lifecycle:
- Manage Events to update event info, tickets, branding, and more.
- Add Event (Green button top right) starts a new event setup.
- Use Scheduling, Promos, and Integrations to fine-tune your experience.
π Powerful New Search Feature
At the top of your dashboard, click the Search Bar to instantly find:
- Events
- Reports (transactions, affiliate tracking, waitlist, etc.)
- Settings or tools
Itβs the fastest way to jump around the platform without clicking through menus.
π Track Sales, Revenue, and Attendee Trends
With Big Tickets, you can easily:
- See how this year's event compares to past years
- View attendee insights (mobile vs desktop, returning vs new)
- Track revenue across multiple events, clients, or venues
π Launch and Go
Once your event is ready, publish it with a click and begin selling! You can always return to update tickets, messaging, settings, or branding.
