How to reserve seats offline

If you've linked a seating chart to your event, you can reserve seats without buying tickets. Reserved seats will appear as if they were sold.

Go to  My Events > Manage Events and click More > Reserve Seats to get started.

Release reserved seats

Reserve seats

Click on a seat to reserve it. The seating chart is color-coded so you can easily see which seats have already been reserved:

• Dark grey - reserved by you
• Light grey - available seats
• Green - reserved by attendee
• Orange - pending sale

View reserved seats

Scroll down to the Reserved Seating table to see a list of the seats you've already reserved.

Release reserved seats

To release tickets and make them available for purchase, check the box next to the seat number  [1] and click Release Seats  [3]. Use the search bar [2] to narrow down your search by ticket type, section, row, seat, or price.
