We’ve refreshed our subject lines to be more compelling and attention-grabbing. These new lines are crafted to increase open rates and draw users back into the ticketing flow.
✍️ Revised Email Body Copy
Each email now includes updated messaging that is shorter, clearer, and more persuasive—highlighting event details and encouraging buyers to return to checkout.

CTA buttons have been redesigned to drive action. With bold, action-driven text, users are guided directly back to their cart with a clear and compelling reason to complete their order.
⏰ When Are Emails Sent?
Our cart abandonment system sends up to three automated emails based on a smart timing strategy:
- First Email: Sent 30 minutes after the cart expires (ticket hold usually lasts 10 minutes)
- Second Email: Sent 24 hours after the first email
- Third Email: Sent 2 days before the event (to catch last-minute buyers)
This cadence ensures your potential attendees are reminded at just the right moments—without overwhelming their inbox.
