Event Onsale Reminders
Early ticket buyers are motivated to purchase tickets by FOMO (fear of missing out). They are more likely to show interest during your event launch and jump on an on sale as soon as your ticket site is live. Dedicated fans are eager to know when tickets go on sale and are waiting on some form of communication to let them know. Our onsale reminder allows fans to subscribe as soon as they visit your ticketing links via email or SMS (text), so they know exactly when tickets are about to go on sale. We send these reminders exactly one hour before your on-sale.

This feature is best utilized when you set up your event and publish it early. Not only will you gain more visibility, but you'll build more hype around your onsale with our countdown feature and reminders for people who visit your page.
Page Abandonment Emails
Potential ticket buyers drop off in the purchase process for a number of reasons, and we know how important it is to recapture those potential ticket buyers. When a visitor leaves the page before initiating their purchase, we trigger a pop-up to allow the visitor to enter their email address and be reminded later (1 day before your event) to purchase if tickets are still available. Not only does this feature re-engage hesitant fans, but also sends a follow-up email to entice them to buy a ticket.
