🔗 Client Accounts in Big Tickets
If you're working with multiple clients (like promoters, producers, or regional partners), Client Accounts lets you manage each as a separate organization, all from your admin login. If you need to toggle between different events for one organization, see our Sub-Accounts article →
🧭 What Are Client (Enterprise) Accounts?
Client Accounts are fully independent accounts that can be linked to your admin login via emulation.
Best for:
- Management teams overseeing different event producers
- Multi-client regional or corporate teams
Top bar with "All Accounts" and "Client Accounts - Emulation" options visible
🔄 Switch Between Client Accounts
From the dashboard:
- Click the Client Accounts link
- Select the account you want to emulate
- You'll instantly see the client's dashboard, as if logged in directly
📊 Roll-Up Reporting Across Clients
If your login has access to multiple Client Accounts, you can:
- View aggregate data across all connected accounts
- Compare ticket sales between clients
- Access insights from one place
💸 Send Funds to Different Payout Accounts
Client Accounts can have a unique payout destination. You can:
- Set different bank accounts per client
- Split revenue reporting by account
- Maintain clean financial tracking between organizations
🔐 Control Who Can Emulate Client Accounts
User access and emulation permissions can be customized so your internal team can:
- Access only approved clients
- View dashboards without making changes
- Support clients while maintaining security
