View ticket scans in the entry report
Go to Charts & Reports > Event Reports > Event Entry.
Check the box to the left of the event name. To compare scans across multiple events, check the boxes next to the event names and click View Selected Events.
Scroll down to the Summary to see how many tickets were scanned versus unscanned. You can also view a summary of scans by ticket type, promo code, or device ID.
Use the search box to filter scans by scan time, ticket type, or promo code (optional). Hit Report to view.
Click Export to export scan data to a .csv file (optional). The spreadsheet includes the order confirmation number, attendee name, ticket type, and scan date/time.
Click on the Timeline tab to see a graph of scans over time.
- Click on the Details tab to view detailed scan info, broken down by attendee.
