Make a test purchase
Before you start selling tickets it's a good idea to run a test purchase so you can verify what the purchase process will look like for the ticket buyer. Making a test purchase also allows you to view what your PDF tickets will look like as well as the ticket delivery email.
Step 1: Create a promo code

Step 2: Order tickets
1. Go to My Events > Event Links and click on the link to Buy tickets.
2. Select (1) of each ticket type and enter the promo code from Step 1 into the Promo Code field. Click Reserve Tickets.
3. When you're prompted to log in click Continue as Guest.
4. Enter your name and email address. Click Proceed to Review Order to complete the test purchase.
You'll receive an email with tickets attached. Follow the steps below to refund the ticket order and put the tickets back on sale.

Step 3: Refund the order
After you've completed the test purchase be sure to refund your order.
