How to edit a promo code

Promo codes can be edited, even after they have already been used. Follow the steps below to edit a promo code.

Step 1: Go to My Events > Promo Codes. Check the box next to your even and click the Edit Promo Codes button below.

Step 2: Edit the discount amount, start/end dates, etc. as needed. Make sure the ticket quantity isn't lower than the number of times the promo code has already been used.

Step 3: Click Edit Promotion at the bottom to save changes to the promo code.
