Transaction report
The transaction report gives you a summary and breakdown of ticket sales, including:
- Detailed order information
- How many tickets have been sold, broken down by ticket type
- Website referrals
Go to Charts & Reports > Event Reports > Transaction and click Report next to the event name. If you don't see your event, change the date range using the search bar.

Ticket Sale Details
Totals by Average Ticket Price
The Summary shows a breakdown of how many tickets were sold, broken down by ticket type. The Average Price reflects total sales divided by the number of tickets sold (including comped and discounted tickets).
Click Details to view a breakdown of ticket sales by ticket type and amount paid.
Sales Last 6 Hours
This table shows the total number of tickets that have been purchased in the last 6 hours of event sales.
Ξ Note
Tickets Pending shows how many tickets are in the process of being ordered.
Ticket Transactions
Your complete list of transactions is displayed under Ticket Transactions. Each transaction represents one order, so a transaction may contain multiple tickets.
Click on the purchaser name to view transaction details including order info, purchase details and a link to download tickets.
Referrals
Top 5 Channels
Displays a pie chart showing where your ticket sales are coming from (social networks, search results, direct link, email, etc.).
Traffic
This chart displays the number of tickets sold each day via the most popular referral channel.

Purchase Referrals
Tracking which of your marketing channels drive the most sales is crucial in order to create a well-informed marketing plan. The Purchase Referrals report shows you exactly which websites your purchasers came from, how many tickets were purchased, and the total revenue amount from each referral.
