Publish your event
Publishing your event makes it searchable on bigtickets.com and search engines like Google. Go to My Events > Manage Events and hit Publish.
⇒ Quick tip
If you change the event name or custom link after the event is published it can take up to 48 hours for Google to show the updated event name/link in search results.
Add a buy tickets link to your Facebook event page
Facebook event pages are a fantastic tool for event marketing. Besides containing all of your pertinent event information, you can also link ticket sales to your Big Tickets purchase page. Here's how:
1. Log into your Facebook account and and click on the option to edit your event.
2. Insert your buy tickets link (My Events > Event Links) into the Ticket URL field and save.
Submit to Eventful
Eventful is an online calendar and events discovery website that allows users to search for and track upcoming events in their area. With over 22 million registered users, Eventful is a great place to post your event and boost visibility.
1. Go to My Events > Manage Events to get started. Next to the event name click More > Market Your Event.
2. Click Get Started.
