Edit the event start time shown on print-at-home tickets
Print-at-home tickets display the event date and time by default (or if it's a multi-day event, the date range). You can override this default setting by adding an entry date. Follow the steps below to see how.
Step 1: Go to your event edit page
From the main menu select
My Events >
Manage Events and click on the event name to edit.
Step 2: Edit tickets
1. Click on
Tickets [1] and select
Advanced [2] next to the ticket type you want to add a description to.
2. Enter the date/time you want to appear on the tickets.
3. Click
Done to close
Advanced ticket settings.
4. Click
Save Event to save and exit event setup.
