Set your refund policy
Ticket buyers must agree to the Big Tickets purchasing agreement at check-out, which states all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. To customize your refund policy, follow the steps below:
1. Click on
My Events
[1] and select
Refunds
[2] from the drop down menu.

Don't see this option? Only account administrators can issue refunds.
2. You may be automatically prompted to create a refund policy. If not, click on the Refund Policy tab to set it up. Click Update Policy to save.
