Add-Ons and Upgrades
Use our upsell feature to create add-ons and upgrades to offer additonal ticket types, merchandise, and other items during the checkout process.
Check out our live demo of our upsell feature through the link here. Select the General Admission ticket type and then enter the checkout process to view an example of upgrades and add-ons.
Find upsell settings
1. Go to My Events > Manage Events > select your event name or select the more drop down and then edit > select the "Tickets" tab edit icon for each ticket type to access the advanced settings.
2. Select the edit icon for each ticket type to access the advanced settings.
Create your upsell
1. Select which ticket types you want to upsell to be associated with
2. Create a short description to explain the upsell to the user
3. Decide if you want the upsell to appear with your active ticket types on your purchase page or showup within the checkout process
4. Choose whether you want this to be an upgraded ticket offering (replaces the original selection) or an add-on (added to their existing order).
Preview the upsell on your event page
Select the " quick preview" or " go to event link" at the top right of your event setup page under the event editor.
