Shared Reports are a reporting tool that allows you to share detailed event data with team members, partners, or stakeholders. This feature enables real-time sharing and access to critical ticketing data, ensuring everyone involved in your event is informed and up-to-date.

How to Use Shared Reports

  1. Accessing the Feature: Log in to your dashboard, and navigate to 'Charts & Reports' > 'Event Reports’ > 'Shared Reports' section.
  2. Creating a Report: Select the data you want to share (e.g., sales, attendance) and create a customized report.
  3. Sharing the Report: Choose the ‘Generate Link’ option, and then share the unique link with individuals you want to share the report with.
  4. Collaboration: You can allow other organizers and stakeholders to view and share the report link. It's a great option for bookmarking on your browser so you have a quick link to view real-time sales data.
