Big Tickets 2.0

Just launched! We're thrilled to introduce Big Tickets 2.0, a transformative overhaul of our platform that marries the familiar, user-friendly interface you love with a sleek, modern redesign. This refresh enhances the look and feel and elevates the overall user experience, ensuring that managing and selling tickets is more intuitive and visually engaging than ever before. Welcome to the new era of event management!

Box Office Payments with Square Terminal

We've integrated with Square Terminal, bringing the power of 'tap to pay' right to your event's doorstep. Now, your attendees can enjoy the ease of fast, secure, and contactless payments, making ticket purchases smoother and quicker than ever.

Waitlist Feature

The Waitlist feature allows potential attendees to sign up for a waitlist once tickets for an event are sold out. If tickets become available, due to cancellations or increased capacity, those on the waitlist will be charged on a first come, first serve basis through their saved payment method.

Shared Reports

Shared Reports are a collaborative tool within our event ticketing platform that allows you to share detailed event data with team members, partners, or stakeholders. This feature enables real-time sharing and access to critical ticketing data, ensuring everyone involved in your event is informed and up-to-date.
